Recently Chairman Terry Gou of Foxconn Technology Group (Hon Hai Precision Industry Group Ltd.) visited Milwaukee, Wisconsin to sign a memorandum of understanding and commit his Taiwan-based electronics manufacturing company to invest billions of dollars in the state. Foxconn plans to invest $10 billion in Wisconsin by 2020.
On Friday July 21st The Water Council, announced the latest round of water-technology startups chosen to participate in its accelerator program in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The group brings together large and established water engineering companies, and encourages university-driven water research and grants.
