The number of EB-5 applications has been on the rise. As of February 2, 2015, USCIS has approved nearly 630 Regional Centers. EB-5 visa applications have similarly increased, with the cap having been reached for the first time in 2014 with 10,923 petitions. USCIS approved 4,925 petitions, with over 12,000 pending.
