Yesterday evening, the U.S. House of Representatives passed stopgap legislation, also known as a continuing resolution that included an extension of the EB-5 program. Shortly after, the U.S. Senate passed the legislation in a vote of 81-14. The legislation extends the EB-5 program until December 22nd, 2017 without changes. President Trump will sign the bill next.
Today, December 7th, 2017 - In a vote of 235 to 193 the United States House of Representatives passed a stopgap spending bill, that further extends the EB-5 Program until December 22nd, 2017. The extension does not include any changes to the EB-5 program. The U.S. Senate is expected to vote on the measure next.
