US Department of State Releases January 2022 Visa Bulletin

Remains Unchanged for EB-5

Tuesday, December 21, 2021 - The US Department of State has released its January 2022 Visa Bulletin, outlining per-country priority date cutoffs that regulate immigrant visa availability and the flow of adjustment of status application and consular immigrant visa application filings and approvals. While the EB-5 cut-off dates for direct EB-5 applicants across the world continue to be “current,” the final action dates for EB-5 applicants associated with the Regional Center Program remain unchanged for January 2022. The January Visa Bulletin revealed the following final action dates for EB-5 visa applicants (associated with a Regional Center project):

EB-5 FINAL ACTION DATES (CHART A)
  • Mainland China: November 22, 2015
  • All Other Countries: Current.

EB-5 DATES FOR FILING (CHART B)

  • The dates for filing for visa applicants invested through an EB-5 Regional Center remain unchanged in the January Visa Bulletin.
  • Continuing to be December 15, 2015 for applicants from mainland China.
  • and “current” for all other EB-5 visa applicants around the world.
