Thursday, December 13, 2018 - A recent Field Report provided an update on the progress of the construction on the JW Marriott in Anaheim, California. According to the Report, W.E. O’Neil Construction Co of California is moving construction along on the JW Marriott and is 30% complete and continues to be generally on schedule with substantial completion in January 2020. Installation of the 7th-floor slab reinforcing is generally complete as the 7th floor is in progress.
The JW Marriott in Anaheim is planned to be an 11-story luxury hotel with 466 rooms and will be the ONLY 4-diamond rated hotel outside of Disneyland Park. The hotel has been called one of the best and most exciting EB-5 projects currently under construction with both I-924 and I-526 approval.
