FirstPathway Partners’ project, First Edge Solutions, received its first I-829 approval. First Edge Solutions delivers multichannel business and marketing communications, as well as print and document management services.
First Edge Solutions has experienced rapid growth since its inception, leading to expansions in Phoenix, Arizona and Atlanta, Georgia. Recently the company acquired Proven Direct, a provider of on-demand marketing, document output services, and photo book publishing. The acquisition will help allow First Edge Solutions to better negotiate national contracts with suppliers, in turn driving down consumer costs.
While this is the first I-829 approval for First Edge, it’s the fourth of eight FirstPathway Partners projects to receive the approval. The I-829 approval process allows an investor the ability to petition to remove the “conditional” status of his or her visa, within 21-24 months of entering the United States. Included with the form is verification of job creation (at least ten jobs created as a result of the investment), which FirstPathway Partners helps to provide. FirstPathway Partners is committed to assisting investors through this stage, along with every step of the EB-5 process.
