Recently First Edge Solutions, a FirstPathway Partners’ funded project, acquired Proven Direct, a Milwaukee-based provider of on-demand marketing, document output services, and photo book publishing.
This acquisition was the result of First Edge Solution’s vastly growing and expanding operations. The company will now be better positioned to negotiate national contracts with suppliers, which drives down costs for customers. First Edge Solution’s printing, finishing, and mailing capabilities will benefit from the addition of Proven Direct’s manufacturing equipment, such as six HP Indigo presses, two Videojet BX Inkjet printers, and an Axode Video Matching System. The company looks forward to being able to increase capacity not just in Milwaukee, but at their Atlanta and Phoenix locations as well.
First Edge Solutions’ CEO, Robert “Bobby” Kraft, says “this acquisition strategically gives us a competitive advantage by expanding our 1-to-1 technology and data-driven communication platform. Proven Direct had a first class digital print and mail facility with good clients, and we can add value to their operation with our proprietary multi-channel software and national footprint.”
First Edge Solutions Corporate Headquarters is now located at the former Proven Direct facility at 1301 West Canal Street in Milwaukee.
