FirstPathway Partners invests first and foremost in properties that qualify for EB5 status. Each investment in our preapproved industries is reviewed to ensure location within the Target Employment Area (TEA) and ability to generate the necessary direct and indirect jobs.

Once this requirement has been established, FirstPathway Partners analyzes the potential return on investment (ROI) and security of the overall project. Every project meets the strict scrutiny of FirstPathway Partners.
