Nicole Carpio is a Milwaukee‑raised finance professional whose approach to accounting stewardship is shaped by a deep belief in responsibility, precision, and service. With experience spanning custody operations, corporate accounting, and AP/AR management, she brings a steady, detail‑driven mindset to her work.
Nicole earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Alverno College and is currently pursuing an M.S. in Finance at the University of Arizona.
Outside of work, Nicole finds balance through painting, biking, and skiing during Wisconsin’s winter months—creative and active pursuits that mirror her thoughtful, disciplined approach to professional problem‑solving.
As an Accounting and Finance Administrator, she brings reliability, integrity, and a client‑centered mindset to supporting FirstPathway Partners’ mission of building secure financial pathways for investors.
