Daniel Ryan

Daniel Ryan brings 30+ years of experience across international finance, management consulting, investment immigration (EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program), commercial real estate development, banking, and private equity/debt management to FPP.
For nearly a decade, Daniel has supported EB-5 capital formation, project underwriting, and investor relations with established regional centers. Earlier, he spent more than 10 years in Lilongwe, Malawi, where he co-founded Development Consulting Solutions (DCS) and served as Executive Director. Through DCS, he led economic development, strategic planning, and capacity-building engagements across Sub-Saharan Africa for clients including the Reserve Bank of Malawi, the World Bank, USAID/FHI360, and the European Union.
Daniel began his career at Bank of America in its management training program and served as a real estate lending officer, then joined SunTrust Bank focusing on commercial real estate construction and mini-perm lending across the Southeast. He later held real estate development and land acquisition/entitlement roles with Green Street Development, D.R. Horton, and Forge Capital Partners, supporting projects from pre-development through construction, completion and sale/exits.
He holds a B.B.A. in Finance and a master’s degree M.A. Ed. (Honors) in Organizational Development/Corporate Education. During the COVID-19 market slowdown, he completed executive education programs including MBA Essentials (London School of Economics) and Venture Capital & Entrepreneurship (Oxford Saïd Business School).
Daniel served three years on the Board of Trustees of Partners in Hope, an HIV/AIDS medical hospital in Lilongwe. He has also supported humanitarian economic development and educational empowerment initiatives in Indonesia, Taiwan, Mexico, and underserved communities in the United States.
