FPP is excited to share that Kaia by Outdoor Citizen, our rural TEA-designated project, has received its first I-526E petition approval. This fast approval is a strong validation of the project’s overall strength under USCIS review.
Approved in just six months, this petition highlights the effectiveness of priority processing for rural projects, as outlined under the Reform and Integrity Act. It also reconfirms that our I-956F-approved business plan meets the standards set by USCIS, reinforcing investor confidence by demonstrating that capital is being deployed in a compliant and approved structure.
This milestone benefits both current and prospective investors:
- Accelerated processing and future momentum – The approval facilitates faster adjudication for similar petitions and signals momentum for additional investor approvals.
- Reduced risk and increased confidence – Reaffirms that the project has successfully passed USCIS scrutiny, providing added assurance of continued EB-5 eligibility.
We remain committed to delivering transparency, compliance, and long-term success to our EB-5 stakeholders. With additional I-526E approvals anticipated soon, now is an excellent time to explore Kaia by Outdoor Citizen.
