The approval represents a significant milestone for the Ameyalli project and its EB-5 investors. Form I-956F approval confirms that USCIS has reviewed the project's documentation and determined that it meets the applicable requirements of the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program.

As a designated Rural Targeted Employment Area (TEA) project, qualifying investors benefit from the program's 20% rural visa set-aside, priority processing of Form I-526E petitions, and $800,000 minimum investment threshold.
The I-956F approval provides an important foundation for the adjudication of associated Form I-526E petitions and reflects the extensive work undertaken by FirstPathway Partners, its project partners, and professional advisors to structure a project designed to meet EB-5 program requirements.
