USCIS Approves I-829 Petition for FPP’s JW Marriott Project in Anaheim, California

Friday, October 20, 2023 - Today, United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) approved the I-829 Petition to Remove Conditions on Permanent Resident Status, for FirstPathway Partners' JW Marriott project in Anaheim, California. The project has created in excess of the requisite job creation requirement, enough to support the petitions of all 230 investors. This approval marks the 9th project to receive removal of conditions for FirstPathway Partners and continues its 100% track record. 

The first petition to remove conditions for JW Marriott was processed by USCIS in under 37 months. The USCIS website currently posts a median of 49.4 months and an 80th percentile completion time of 66 months for I-829, Petition to Remove Conditions on Permanent Resident Status.
