Today, December 7th, 2017 - In a vote of 235 to 193 the United States House of Representatives passed a stopgap spending bill, that further extends the EB-5 Program until December 22nd, 2017. The extension does not include any changes to the EB-5 program. The U.S. Senate is expected to vote on the measure next.We will provide further updates as they are available.
