Thursday, April 15, 2021 – Milwaukee Business Journal’s 2021 Real Estate Awards recognizes FirstPathway Partners’ EB-5 project, the BMO Tower, as Project of the Year.

That is why it was selected by our judges as the Milwaukee Business Journal's Real Estate Awards Project of the Year.”
Since opening, BMO Tower has collected awards and nominations for its interior design and sustainability, including the Milwaukee Business Journal 2021 Real Estate Award, Kahler Slater’s (BMO Tower’s Architect) American Society of Interior Designers Wisconsin Design Excellence Award, the 2021 Mayor’s Design Award, and more.
