FirstPathway Partners’-funded Global Water Center and Marriott Milwaukee Downtown have both been awarded the 2014 Real Estate Award by Milwaukee Business Journal. This award acknowledges projects in the Milwaukee area which have generated buzz and positively impacted the area.
The Global Water Center in Milwaukee’s 5th Ward continues to gain attention from the media for its leadership in water technology and research. The Marriott Milwaukee Downtown has also rightfully earned this reward, as the area's first full-service luxury hotel in over 20 years.
Says Mark Kass, Milwaukee Buisness Journal editor-in-cheif, "We were very impressed with the quality and the quantity of the nominatons again this year. There was a lot of great work done in the Milwaukee-area real estate industry in 2013. Many significant projects were added to the region".
