EB-5 Program Extension Through September 30, 2019

Friday, February 15, 2019 - IIUSA reported President Trump has signed the "Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2019" which funds the federal government and extends EB-5 Regional Center Program authorization through September 30, 2019.
 
This over 7-month extension opens the door for the EB-5 industry to make significant strides in securing a legislative solution for the Program that includes long-term reauthorization and reforms and ensure a long and sustainable future for the EB-5 Regional Center Program.
