Tuesday, April 21, 2020 - The BMO Harris Bank Tower, a FirstPathway Partners EB-5 investment, received temporary certificates of occupancy (TOC) Friday allowing the first tenants Michael Best & Friedrich LLP and Heartland Advisors to begin moving into the 24 story, all-glass tower, this past weekend. BMO Harris Bank, the anchor tenant of the building, received a TCO for their office space and will move-in at a later date.
When Will Construction be Completed?
Construction of the multi-tenant office building is complete. Despite the coronavirus pandemic, Developer Irgens, working with the city, overcame challenges, to complete building inspections and obtain permits.
