For the second month in a row, the Visa Bulletin cutoff date remains unchanged for Mainland China. The cutoff date remains February 15, 2014.
Chinese investors who have filed an I-526 petition prior to February 15, 2014 are eligible to schedule an interview with the Department of State Consular offices and be issued conditional immigration visas to enter the U.S. or apply for adjustment of status if they currently reside in the U.S.
For all other countries, action dates remain current.
