Final Action Dates (CHART A) - December 2020 Visa Bulletin
In December, the only country to see advancement was Vietnam. Vietnam saw the priority date move half a month from August 15, 2017 to September 1, 2017.
Dates For Filing (CHART B) - December 2020 Visa Bulletin
USCIS has indicated that applicants may continue to use the Dates for Filing (Chart B) to determine when to file adjustment of status applications. While there was no change to this cart from November, this is still good news for those current on Chart B but not yet current on Chart A, who have not yet filed and are eligible to file an adjustment of status application.
