USCIS Released Updates to the Policy Manual to Reflect New Regulations

November 10, 2019 - The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced revisions to its policy guideance in the USCIS Policy Manual on Wednesday, November 6, 2019, to align with the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program Modernization Final Rule. The Final Rule was published on July 24, 2019, and will become effective on November 21, 2019. 

You can refer to the USCIS Policy Manual to confirm with the final rule's provisions, which include:

Priority date retention for certain EB-5 immigrants;
An increase in minimum investment amounts;
Reforms to targeted employment area designations; and
Clarification of USCIS procedures for the removal of conditions on permanent residence
