November 10, 2019 - The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced revisions to its policy guideance in the USCIS Policy Manual on Wednesday, November 6, 2019, to align with the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Program Modernization Final Rule. The Final Rule was published on July 24, 2019, and will become effective on November 21, 2019.

• Priority date retention for certain EB-5 immigrants;
• An increase in minimum investment amounts;
• Reforms to targeted employment area designations; and
