USCIS Monitoring Coronavirus Effects on Agency Operations in China

Friday, February 7, 2020 - The U.S. Department of State reports that USCIS’s field offices in Beijing and Guangzhou are temporarily closed. They will be rescheduling all affected appointments and sending appointment notices to applicants. Office status updates for Beijing and Guangzhou are available.

If you suspect that you or someone you know is being affected by the Coronavirus, please be aware of the following symptoms:

  • Fever
  • Cough
  • Shortness of breath
  • Runny nose
  • Headache
  • Sore throat
  • A general feeling of being unwell
