Recently, the United States Customs and Immigration Services (USCIS) Investor Program Office (IPO) released the FY2017 Q4 (July to September) I-526 and I-829 Statistics. During the fourth quarter, the IPO adjudicated just over 3,000 I-526 petitions with an approval rate of 93%.
