U.S. Representatives Stanton & Fitzpatrick Introduce House Bill to Reform and Reauthorize EB-5 Program

A significant step towards securing the long-term reauthorization of the EB-5 Regional Center Program

Thursday, April 29, 2021 - Invest in the USA (IIUSA) is pleased to announce that U.S. Representatives Greg Staton (D-Arizona) and Brian Fitzpatrick (R-Pennsylvania) have introduced H.R. 2901, a bill supporting the long-term reauthorization of the EB-5 Regional Center Program. The bill is the House's companion piece to S. 831 which was introduced by U.S. Senators Leahy and Grassley last month.  
 
The introduction of the bill is a significant step towards securing the long-term reauthorization of the Regional Center Program ahead of our June 30, 2021 deadline.
