Monday, July 15, 2019 - The U.S. Department of State - Bureau of Consular Affairs has released the August 2019 Visa Bulletin, that indicates that EB-5 visa applicants from China, Vietnam, and India will be subject to the same Final Action Date of October 15, 2014.
Those three countries are also projected to be subject to the same Final Action Date in September 2019 as well. On October 1, 2019, the beginning of the federal fiscal year, the EB-5 visa allocation for 2020 will be released. Once those 10,000 visas are advanced, the Final Action Dates of Vietnam are likely advancing to early fall or winter of 2016, and India most likely to summer or fall of 2017.
