Friday, August 13, 2021 - The U.S. Department of State (“DOS”), Bureau of Consular Affairs, September 2021 Visa Bulletin (view PDF) is now available.
Due to the June 30, 2021 lapse in EB-5 Regional Center Program authorization, the Regional Center fifth preference category remains “U” or unavailable for all countries. The direct EB-5 is still valid for all investors as it is a permanent program. Accordingly, final action dates continued to advance for the category with China's final action dates advancing one week. All other countries are "current".
