On Friday April 28, 2017, FirstPathway Partners’ Chairman, CEO, and newly elected President of IIUSA’s Board of Directors spoke at the 10th Annual EB-5 Regional Economic Development and Advocacy Conference. Mr. Kraft actively engaged with expert panel members and attendees throughout the hour long discussion titled “Prepare for Success: USCIS Compliance Audits and Site Visits of Regional Centers.” The dynamic exchanges offered insight into a new era of reporting and verification for Regional Centers, New Commercial Enterprises, and EB-5 Fund Managers. On March 20, 2017, USCIS laid out new measures for regional centers in an effort to verify information and assure compliance with applicable laws.
