October 25, 2019 – The November Visa Bulletin revealed a final action date of November 01, 2014 for applicants from Mainland China advancing ten days from the September bulletin. The final action dates for the EB-5 Regional Center category had been listed as unauthorized in the October bulletin as a result of the September 30, 2019, sunset date. EB-5 reauthorization has been extended by a Continuing Resolution.
The November Bulletin also revealed an advanced final action date of December 8, 2017, for Indian applicants, as well as an advanced final action date of November 15, 2016, for Vietnamese applicants. Final action dates remain current for all other countries.
