Thursday, October 14, 2021 - This morning, the U.S. Department of State (DOS) released the November 2021 Visa Bulletin. While the lapse of the EB-5 Regional Center Program continues, the EB-5 cut-off dates in November will remain unchanged.
EB-5 FINAL ACTION DATES (CHART A)
The November Visa Bulletin revealed the following final action dates for EB-5 visa applicants:
- Mainland China: November 22, 2015 (unchanged from the October Visa Bulletin)
- All Other Countries: Current
