More Good News for Marriott
Earlier this month Fortune Magazine honored Marriott Hotels for its employment practices in its third annual Change the World List, providing further evidence that Marriott branded hotels offer EB-5 investors a quality product.
Specifically, Marriott makes it “a top priority to keep its employees engaged” and helps their nearly 140,000 employees feel like they can have meaningful careers. Around 92% of the people working for the hotel chain say that they are proud to work for the company. In fact, the Marriott has more than 13,000 employees who have been with the company for 20 years or more; the average general manager has been with the company for more than 25 years.
High employee satisfaction translates into a healthy business environment, which is important in ensuring Marriott branded hotels have lower turnover. This pays off in the form of better guest experiences. Based on responses gathered from more than 63,000 guests in Canada and the United States, JW Marriott was ranked highest in customer satisfaction in the J.D. Power 2017 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index.
FirstPathway Partners is honored to work with a company that actively works to expand economic opportunities through the creation of quality jobs.
