September 23, 2019 – The latest field report for the BMO Harris Financial Center indicates 76% completion, with construction remaining on schedule to be completed in December 2019. The report indicates steel framing is now topped out, and work on the roof is underway and nearing completion. The glass exterior has been installed through the 23rd floor and the shaft wall for the elevators and steel stairs are complete up to the top floor. Installation of elevator equipment and mechanical units on the roof are underway. Interior wall framing is ongoing on all levels up to the 16th floor, and fire protection is in place through the 19th level.
