Kraft Gives Insightful Interview at Immigration Summit
In a recent interview, IIUSA’s President of the Board of Directors and Chairman and CEO of FirstPathway Partners, Robert W. Kraft sat down for an interview with Investment Migration Insider to discuss the future of the EB-5 program. Kraft briefly discussed some of the proposed changes to the EB-5 program and how they could benefit Chinese investors.
An authority on EB-5, Kraft said the demand for EB-5 visas by Mainland Chinese investors has increased wait times. He noted that proposed legislation could benefit families by increasing the number of visas and positively impacting the visa backlog. Kraft also stressed that there is a “concerted effort to work hard” to pass EB-5 legislation and improve the program.
