This week FirstPathway Partners received word from the developers that work on the JW Marriott Hotel, outside of Disneyland, in Anaheim California is ahead of schedule. The project has had a lot of great milestones over the past few months including I-924 and I-526 approval from USCIS, but the start of vertical construction is one of the most exciting. The site is currently being prepped for the large crane that will be delivered next month and will be in use as the project continues to grow vertically. In addition, the site has a lot of activity with continued installation of the footings and removal of dirt to complete the foundation of the hotel and shoring to adjacent buildings.The JW Marriott Anaheim is an 11-story luxury hotel with 466 rooms. Adjacent to Disneyland, the hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the Anaheim Garden Walk Mall and other area attractions. The hotel has been called one of the best and most exciting EB-5 projects currently under construction.
