The Visa Bulletin revealed the following final action dates for EB-5 visa applicants from the countries that are experiencing visa backlog:
FINAL ACTION DATES (CHART A)
- China: July 15, 2015
- India: January 1, 2020
- Vietnam: April 22, 2017
Final Action Dates on the June 2020 Visa Bulletin
For the EB-5 preference category, you must use the Final Action Dates chart in the Department of State Visa Bulletin for June 2020 to determine when you may file your adjustment of status application.
Chart A had no advancement from the prior month for China. Vietnam advanced 22 days and India advanced 3 months to near current. The backlog for India began in July of 2019 with a priority date of May 1, 2017. Since then it has progressed to near current with the most advancement of any country this fiscal year.
