IIUSA Confirms Investment Amount Will Remain at $900,000

Friday, March 27, 2020 - IIUSA, the national membership trade association for the EB-5 Regional Center Program,  confirms that rumors of  a decrease to a $450,000 EB-5 minimum investment amount and an increase to 75,000 EB-5 visas are FALSE. The $2 trillion COVID-19 emergency stimulus bill does not include provisions impacting the EB-5 industry. While Congress would like to see program reforms, it does not stand behind extreme program changes, such as those contemplated in the Politico article last week.

The investment amount remains at $900,000 and to date, no new visas have been allotted.
