The $13.3 million dollar FirstPathway Partners’ funded hotel, Hampton Inn & Suites, recently received its final design approval last week Wednesday from the West Allis Plan Commission. The 4-story hotel will have 101 guest rooms and a 9,200 square foot conference center.
Construction is set to begin on schedule, with footing and foundation work to begin in a matter of weeks.
Its proximity to the ever popular Wisconsin State Fair Park grounds is expected to draw Fair patrons.
