Global Water Center Grand Opening

On Thursday, September 12, 2012, The Water Council will unveil its 98,000 square foot, seven-story, first-class, water research facility, The Global Water Center.  The unique facility features amenities such as a world class flow lab, type II laboratory standard, pre-treatment for type I standard water, and a 45-person auditorium inhabited by business, government and academia in concert. This collaboration is poised to position the Milwaukee region as a world hub for freshwater technology, research, economic development, and education. FirstPathway Partners looks forward to significant robust innovation and job creation arising from the Global Water Center’s alignment of the industry cluster. The Water Council is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization coalescing the Milwaukee region’s water companies, research institutions, and education programs to train talent and build new partnerships. Join us at 247 West Freshwater Way in welcoming a new wave of innovation.
