Cimbria Capital, a private investment firm specializing in early-stage water company buyouts, is opening an office at The Water Council’s Global Water Center (GWC) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The arrival of the Texas-based company further establishes Wisconsin and Milwaukee as a world-leading water hub.
