Future Wisconsin Summit Brings Together Leaders and Executives
On November 29th, 2017, some of the most influential leaders from around the State, along with top Foxconn Executive, Louis Woo, gathered at the 4th annual Future Wisconsin Summit in Madison. Attendees discussed important questions about the State’s future and held engaging discussions aimed at creating a consensus on policy choices and strategies for growing Wisconsin.
Woo appeared on a panel with Wisconsin Department of Administration Secretary, Scott Neitzel, and Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation Secretary and CEO, Mark Hogan. Woo explained that Foxconn is working to create an environment in Wisconsin that will surpass Silicon Valley, but stressed that the manufacturer is in the beginning stages of its mission.
The Summit is part of the Future Wisconsin Project, a collaborative effort between the business community, public policy makers, educational institutions, and local chambers of commerce.
