Monday, December 3, 2018 - FirstPathway Partners was notified that United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) approved I-829 Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status, for its Hampton Inn project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This approval marks the 7th project to receive removal of conditions for FirstPathway Partners.
The first petition to remove conditions for Hampton Inn was processed by USCIS in just 25 months. The USCIS website currently indicates average posted processing times of 29.5 to 38.5 months for I-829, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status.
