On July 25th, 2017 FirstPathway Partners was notified that United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) approved I-829, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status, for its Water Council project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This marks FirstPathway Partners 6th project to receive removal of conditions. The first petition to remove conditions with Water Council as a basis was processed by USCIS in just 17 months. The USCIS website currently indicates average posted processing times at over 30 months for I-829, Petition to Remove Conditions of Permanent Resident Status. This is an outstanding achievement and is a testament to the time and attention to detail maintained by the entire team at FirstPathway Partners throughout the entire life cycle of a project.
