February 2019 Visa Bulletin Reports EB-5 Category Remains Unavailable

Monday, January 14, 2019 - The U.S. Department of State - Bureau of Consular Affairs has released the Visa Bulletin for the month of February 2019. The February 2019 Visa Bulletin has listed the EB-5 visa category as "unavailable" (U) for issuance as a result of the pending reauthorization deadline (December 21, 2018) and the government shutdown.

If there is legislative action re-opening the federal government and extending the Program the final action dates would immediately become “Current” for all countries except China-mainland born which would be subject to a September 1, 2014, final action data and Vietnam which would be subject to a June 15, 2016, final action date.
