EB-5 Reauthorized through FY2020 with Federal Spending Bill

Thursday, December 19, 2019 - Congress passed a FY2020 spending bill that funds the federal government and extends the EB-5 Regional Center Program through September 30, 2020. The bill has been sent to the President’s desk, which he is expected to sign.

This extension provides a 9-month window for industry stakeholders to continue their work on achieving long-term reauthorization and comprehensive program reform through legislative action.

FirstPathway Partners will continue to monitor the status and provide updates as they are made available.
