Wednesday, September 30, 2020 – Congress passed a continuing resolution to extend federal government funding through December 11, 2020. The extension of the EB-5 Regional Center program is also granted within this legislation through the same date with no alterations.
The above changes shift the Regional Center (I5/R5) category on the October 2020 visa bulletin to the same dates as the Non- Regional Center (C5/T5) category, immediately for October.
