Friday, December 20, 2019 - The U.S. Department of State has published the January 2020 Visa Bulletin which currently lists the EB-5 Regional Center category has been listed as “U” meaning unauthorized for issuance.
However, when the federal spending bill is signed by the President, the EB-5 Regional Center category would immediately become current for all countries in January except China, Vietnam and India which would be subject to final action dates.
