December 2019 Visa Bulletin Published Reflecting, Continuing Resolution (CR)

Monday, November 18, 2019 - The U.S. Department of State – Bureau of Consular Affairs has published the December 2019 Visa Bulletin, which revealed that the EB-5 Regional Center category has been listed as “U” (unauthorized for issuance), due to the current continuing resolution (CR) which will expire after November 21, 2019. Following legislative action reauthorizing the EB-5 Program, all final action dates will immediately become “current” for all countries not currently subject to backlog (Mainland-China, Vietnam and India).
