Construction Complete on BMO Harris Office Tower's Glass Exterior

Monday, September 9, 2019 - The Milwaukee Business Journal reported progress of the BMO Harris Office Tower, an EB-5 project by FirstPathway Partners. A major milestone was hit at the end of August when construction finished on the exterior glass enclosing the building.  Crews have begun preparing the 28 foot tall lobby, for installation of Italian marble.

The BMO Harris Office Tower is a 25-story, 379,400 square foot building consisting of commercial offices, retail spaces, and 647 parking garage spaces. The financial center building will be the regional headquarters for one of the ten largest banks in North America, Bank of Montreal Harris.  The project is located in the financial district of Milwaukee and will be a “next generation workplace” built with employees in mind. The vertical campus offers conference centers, a fitness center, 24/7 concierge security service, and views of Lake Michigan.
