Friday, October 11, 2019 – It was observed yesterday afternoon that they were mounting the “B M O” letters onto the exterior of the building and the latest field report on BMO reveals 84% completion, as the project remains on schedule to finish on December 2019. The report indicates that the curtain wall is complete with the exception of the openings for the hoist. Roofing is underway on the top of the building and is awaiting on installation of the lower level balconies. Stone veneer base installations are in progress at the sidewalk level with concrete block placement on the walls underway at the alley, and interior framing has begun. The lobby is receiving drywall and a feature wall made of marble tiling. Elevators are in progress and steel chairs are installed on all floors. Contractors have also begun building out the Michael Best law office space.
