Monday, March 11, 2019 - In a recent field report for construction on the BMO Office Tower in Milwaukee, WI., latest inspection report indicated the project is 32% complete.
Construction on BMO Tower continues to remain on schedule to be completed in December 2019.
Recently, the project celebrated a major milestone with the completion of the parking podium, which consists of the first ten levels of the building. Installation of formwork for the west half of the 10th level is in process. Installation of curtain wall studs and backing has continued and installation of metal exterior wall panels has commenced. Lighting has been installed up to the 5th level, and the steel stairs are in place at levels 1 through 4. The focus has now shifted to structural steel erection with the first columns to be set in early-March. Glass curtainwall installation will begin soon thereafter as the construction will quickly ascend vertically this spring.
