Latest Continuing Resolution Extends EB-5 Program

December 21st, 2017 - The U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate passed a Continuing Resolution (CR), funding the U.S. Government and extending the EB-5 program until January 19th, 2018. The latest piece of legislation, H.J. RES. 124 extends the program without changes.Following a short winter break, congressional leaders will begin working on a budget agreement for the rest of the 2018 fiscal year.
